1 How long does it take to paint the fairings?
Please notice that it takes about At least 7-15 working days to finished a fairing kit. If you need the fairing kit urgent, please contact us, we will give priority to process your order. We use high-quality paint oil, painting every piece of fairing in strict accordance with the painting process, which will require more time.

2 How long and how much does it take for the shipping?
When you place the order, you will see the shipping charge and shipping time. Please notice that the shipping times is not guarantee. It is not free shipping at Fairingmaster, because different Country the shipping is not the same

3 Do you accept Customized Fairings? if so, how much?
Absolutely. All we need is a clear picture of your design. We can accommodate 90% of the designs shown to us. It is free for the simple design. Click Customized Fairings kit to see the detals.

4 How should I do if get a broken part?
Occasionally, accidents happen that are out of our control, and parts are damaged during the shipping process. We offer free replacement parts in this case, and they are typically shipped within 2 weeks at no cost to you. Buyer must send us proof photo within 2 days after received the item. 5 What materials do you use in manufacturing?
FairingMaster uses high quality Pure Virgin ABS plastic (imported from Japan) and USA imported paint on all of our fairings.

6 Are your fairings guaranteed to fit my bike?
Each fairing kit is made with an injection molded machine, and we offer a 100% fitment guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please use the form on the Contact Us page or email us at sales@fairingmaster.com.

7 Are you fairings considered OEM or aftermarket?
Our fairings are aftermarket, but they are equal to OEM as far as materials is concerned.

8 What does a fairing kit include?
Each fairing kit includes all of the parts in the product photo, plus a free heatshield, Some product photo doesn't show the inner tabs, but they will include also.
